You represent and warrant that you have the authority to grant this licence for the logo and company name provided.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Queensland. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.
